The cell serves as the central point for submitting concerns regarding academics, administration, or campus life. Every complaint is documented and initially assessed for validity and seriousness.

2. Investigation & Mediation

We undertake impartial investigations, interviewing relevant parties with strict confidentiality. Where possible, we facilitate mediation to reach a collaborative and satisfactory resolution.

3. Adjudication & Decision

If formal review is needed, a panel examines evidence based on institutional policies and natural justice. Students are kept informed with regular updates throughout this process.

4. Systemic Improvement

Beyond individual cases, the cell advocates for policy changes to prevent future issues, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability across the institution.
